A mid-century dwelling built in the 1940s, Adam Levine purchased a modern pad in 2005 before he met his now-wife Behati Prinsloo. Purchased for $3.195 million, the home was equipped with every amenity that suits Levine’s laid-back personality. It featured a home theater, two fireplaces, an exercise room, and gorgeous views of Hollywood from the floor-to-ceiling windows in every direction. The home had four bedrooms, but under the suggestion of Mark Haddawy, he tore down the walls and made it into a single master bedroom for himself and created a sensual contrast of structures for the room. He sold the property in 2013 for the price of $3.55 million.

6 A Ranch-Style Beverly Hills Mansion
In 2012, Levine purchased another bachelor pad for himself for $4.83 million, as stated by Observer. The ranch-style mansion was equipped with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and celebrity entertainment features like glass-walled living and dining rooms. The expansive kitchen had high-end kitchen appliances for the ultimate cooking experience. Additionally, the Beverly Hills home had a screening room, a gym, and a spa. The backyard pool was set on a flagstone terrace and offered stunning canyon views. In 2018, Levin sold the property to friend John Mayer for $13.4 million.
5 A SoHo Apartment
Moving to the East Coast, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo chose the best neighborhood in New York to purchase their property. Located in SoHo, the couple purchased the property for $4.5 million in 2014. The apartment is set in the early 1900s cast-iron building and features a wide-open layout with old industrial architecture and hardwood floors. Equipped with 13-foot ceilings that offer an airy atmosphere, the one-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft was sold for $5.5 million in 2016, as noted by Architectural Digest.
4 A Holtby Hills Home
A gated home built in the 1960s, Adam Levine, purchased the Holmby Hills French Regency-style estate in 2017 for $18 million. The five-bedroom home had five bathrooms, a two-story guest house, a pool cabana, and a large garage sitting on 1.2 acres of manicured land. According to Mansion Global, Levine and his wife tore down the interiors to change the outlook; however, when the couple found out they were expecting their first child, they put the house on sale six months later and sold for $18 million.
3 The Beverly Hills Estate
The most expensive home on the list is a Tudor-style mansion Levine purchased from Max Mutchnick, the co-creator of Will & Grace, for $35.5 million. The 12,000 sq. ft. property was already remodeled by Mutchnick; however, the couple added $7 million to make upgrades. Built-in the 1930s, the home had seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and recreational rooms such as a media room, a gym, two kitchens, a theater, and a guest house. After making upgrades, he sold the property to Ellen DeGeneres for $45 million in 2019.
2 The Pacific Palisades Property
In early 2019, Levine purchased a three-structure 1930s compound in the exclusive Pacific Palisades neighborhood from Jennifer Garner for $32 million. The main structure of the house features five bedrooms and two bathrooms. As mentioned by E Online, the second structure is equipped with an office, screening room, and recreational rooms like a yoga studio and gym. The third structure features a two-story home built for the guests. Levine and his wife still own the property and have become their primary residence.
1 A Historic Montecito Home
The latest addition to Adam Levine’s real estate portfolio is a historic Montecito home that he purchased in early 2021. Located in the exclusive Santa Barbara County community, the home was designed by George Washington Smith. The 5.2-acre property was purchased for $22.5 million, and the villa-style main structure houses five bedrooms while the other four are located in the neighboring compound. The home offers massive spaces indoors and outdoors with enough room to have a tennis court and swimming pool along with a five-car garage.
