Launched in the aim to support those in need during the coronavirus crisis, the boxes contain 31 store cupboard staples for £30, including delivery.
The boxes include essentials such as cereal, bread, pasta, tinned fruit and vegetables, sauces, jam, tea bags, long-life milk and some treats.
Asda says the contents of each box will vary though depending on availability.
The food box is available to anyone to buy, but Asda says it hopes it will help the vulnerable who are struggling to get to the supermarket, or those who are self-isolating.
What's included in the Asda box?
THE exact contents vary depending on availability, but below are examples of items included:
- Tea
- Coffee
- Baked beans

The box will be delivered direct to your doorstep within two days of you placing the order on Asda's website.
The supermarket couldn't share a list of what's included in a typical box, but said the items will always add up to the cost of each one.
Asda's box also contains the most items compared to its rivals.
Morrisons' version costs £35 and contains 20 items, while M&S' boxes are also £35 and are again filled with 20 products.

"At Asda, we’re committed to helping ease the strain on our customers during this time and hope that by offering our food box at an affordable price, we can help to make lives that little bit easier."
