Princess Beatrice has reportedly invited fiancé Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi's ex-girlfriend to their wedding – and wants their little boy to play a key role.
Dara Huang's two-year-old Christopher could be to be best man despite his young age, according to the Mail on Sunday.
Dara and the millionaire property developer were engaged before calling things off but remain on great terms. They share Christopher, and are in daily contact.
The Princess, 31, and Edoardo began dating in Autumn 2018 but have been friends for years. Sources say their relationship moved forward very quickly.
They loved-up couple got engaged while away on holiday in Italy in September and they plan to marry next year.
According to the Mail On Sunday, his former love Dara will be receiving an invite.
The parents refer to their son as Wolfie and he is expected to play an important part in the service.
A source told columnist Charlotte Griffiths: "They take turns over who stays in the family house, keeping Wolfie in a consistent environment. Beatrice has been kind to allow them to do so.
"Dara and Edo are finding co-parenting to be a great way for one of them to be with Wolfie at all times as they both have busy schedules.
"Dana loves her son to bits and, like any mother, she is very protective. But in a very modern and grown-up way, she is totally happy that Beatrice will be developing a relationship with her son and is happy that he will attend the wedding as Edo’s best man."
Beatrice is already a "fantastic step-mother" and has embraced her fiancé's toddler son, a friend has told People.
"Edo is easily one of the best dads, he is so involved, and Beatrice is already showing that she’s a fantastic step-mummy," the magazine reported.
"They’ve been on family vacations together [with his son]. They are really happy."
