Lala Kent plans to keep it real with her kid.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star, 31, shared on her Instagram Stories Tuesday that she will one day “have an open conversation” with her daughter, Ocean, about why she and her child’s father, Randall Emmett, really split.
“I worry about a lot of things,” Kent said. “But I will explain to my daughter, if she has a lot of questions and the time is appropriate, what happened.”
The candid response came after a fan submitted a question to the blind items Instagram account @deuxmoi.
The user asked, “Does Lala worry when Ocean grows up she will hear the negative stories about dad?”
Ocean, now 11 months, is Kent and Emmett’s only daughter. Page Six broke the news in October that Kent dumped Emmett, 50, when the baby was only 7 months because the movie producer allegedly cheated.
Kent continued in her response on her Instagram Story that she will teach Ocean “the importance of being a good person.”
“I will send her into the world feeling strong, safe and loved,” the Bravolebrity added. “She will be unbreakable. The world isn’t ready for the force my daughter will become.”
In December, Kent said the split was “traumatizing” was the “worst thing to ever happen” to her.
The single mom then revealed she spent Christmas with her baby alone.
Earlier this month, Kent said she wants to maintain as much distance from Emmett “as possible, for many reasons,” adding that the former couple co-parent through a “recommended app, but that is where it ends & that will not change.”
The “Give Them Lala” author and Emmett began dating in 2015. They got engaged in 2018 while celebrating her birthday in Mexico.
Emmett also has two older daughters, London and Rylee, with ex-wife Ambyr Childers.
