The curvy beauty posted a picture of herself wearing a super pretty patterned bikini, flaunting her booty in the process.

Slinky and vibrant – the swimwear skimmed her curves and showed off her amazing bod – but it showed off her skin texture.

In the unedited and natural snap Karina showed off her skin marks, cellulite and tummy creases as she wanted to expose what normal bodies look like.

She told women they should "never" let cellulite hold them back from living their lives, as it's a natural part of all of us.

Karina said she's never been happier since she learnt to embrace her cellulite, and what society would deem her "imperfections", so she thinks others should do the same to feel confident in their own skin.

Writing on Instagram, she said: "Reasons you should NEVER let cellulite hold you back.

"Everyone has it! No one is looking!

"Beach days in bikinis! Life’s too short!

"Missing fun opportunities!

"Cute fashion you know you want to rock!"

She added: "Everyone else is so caught up in their own business they're not even worrying about you!

"Once I embraced my lady bumps and stopped worrying how I looked life really opened up for me!

"How? I put myself out there, got involved and immersed myself in my LIFE!

"If someone wanted to look at me and judge my body that says A LOT more about them as a person then me. Right!?

"I challenge you to do the same. Baby steps are everything, but you got this!"

What's more is Karina glowed with both happiness and confidence in the picture, which really worked to uplift a lot of people.

Since she shared the candid snap more than 19,000 people have liked it, and hundreds of people thanked her for being so honest about body image.

One person said: "That thang is magical."

Another added: "Cellulite is sexy."

Meanwhile, a third commented: "These are all the reasons why it did hold me back. Until I started following you – I don't give a s**t anymore. Thanks for that."
