Kate looked incredible in a white fitted gown with lace detailing and a plunging neckline, which she paired with a long white veil.
She wore her hair in a stylish up do and carried a colourful bouquet of flowers, while her new husband looked dapper in a navy blue suit with a red tie and brown shoes.
Kate reposted snaps that her and Paul's pals had taken of them on the day, including some of their romantic first dance and their fun wedding reception.
The newlyweds beamed as they danced together and their guests showered them with confetti, with Kate sweetly writing: "I think the grins say it all".
She went on to explain how they exchanged vows in a church right by her old childhood home, and then headed to a warehouse, which she and Paul had decorated themselves, to celebrate with their guests.
Kate said: "We started off the day with the ceremony in the church I’ve attended since I was 5, 3 minutes walk from my childhood home and then we partied on down in an incredible warehouse, which was styled and decorated by us and our talented loved ones (with help from the incredible @wildweddingdays!)
Our perfect combination of the Derbyshire Dales and industrial Sheffield. I grin and cry a lot anyway, but Saturday was taken to a whole new level . We really couldn’t have asked for more. So unbelievably grateful," with a red heart emoji.
The day after their nuptials took place, Kate took to Instagram to post some loved-up photos of her and Paul, with the actress modelling a pair of white dungarees with her new name, Mrs Walker, printed across the front in red.
The 29 year old grinned as she showed off her outfit and cuddled up to her new husband, before unveiling her jaw-dropping silver wedding ring.
She shared a close-up shot of the ring alongside a white bag which had her new initials written across it in gold.
Kate told her followers: "The morning after the day before, and the 23rd hour of being Mr and Mrs Walker".
Kate announced she was set to be married on 21 June last year as she posted several snaps from the sweet proposal.
One photo showed Kate beaming as she flashed her engagement ring while stood next to her fiancé Paul.
She told fans: "After the Tomahawk steak, before the Tiramisu, and with a coffee in hand, he turned me into an absolute blubbering mess.
"A million times over, completely and utterly yes."
