Ioan Gruffudd has filed for a restraining order against his estranged wife, Alice Evans, per documents obtained by Page Six.

Gruffudd, 48, filed the form Tuesday, seeking to bar Evans, 53, from coming within 100 yards of him and his girlfriend, actress Bianca Wallace — or have any contact with them.

Gruffudd claims in the docs that she “repeatedly told me between August 2020 and our separation on January 1, 2021 that if I left her, she would make false public accusations about me, sell false stories about me to the press, and destroy me and my career.”

He further alleges that Evans “told me verbally multiple times that she would do to me what Amber Heard did to Johnny Depp.”

“Alice threatened to tell people I had abused her and our daughters,” the petition continues, “threatened to call the police on me if I did not comply with her demands … threatened to tell people I am a drug addict and put me in prison … threatened to write a fake diary that reflected an abused victim, and to have the diary published; and … threatened to destroy my mother.”

Gruffudd contends that Evans “carried out many of these threats,” including “many false and harassing” social media posts and “hundreds of harassing, abusive and threatening communications by text, voice message, video message.” He adds in the filing that she even sent “threatening emails” to his mother, Margaret Griffiths.

He writes that attempts by his legal team to halt her alleged campaign were fruitless and that he stopped taking her calls in spring of last year.

In Evans’ response to the petition, she claims to have “no idea what [Gruffudd] is going to accuse me of,” and that  “I have not hit, struck, attacked, threatened, assaulted, harassed, followed, stalked, molested, destroyed the personal property of, kept under surveillance, impersonated, blocked the movement of, annoyed by phone or electronic means by repeated contact, or disturbed the peace” of Gruffudd or Wallace, claiming the last contact she had with him was an October 2021 phone call.

She also tars his complaint as “a ploy to gain some sort of advantage over me in our divorce proceedings,” adding that she’s never “seen, met or spoken to” Wallace.

Gruffudd filed to divorce Evans in March 2021 after claiming in January he abandoned their family.

In a now-deleted tweet, she wrote “My beloved husband/soulmate of 20 years … has announced he is to leave his family, starting next week. Me and our young daughters … are very confused and sad. We haven’t been given a reason except that he ‘no longer loves me.’”

Early in January, she lashed out at Wallace on social media over a series of pictures Wallace posted from her and Gruffudd’s vacation, including a shot of the couple’s shadows holding hands Evans said was “causing me quite a big amount of stress.”

“She wants to put a stake in my heart,” she added.

“I’ve never seen such a lack of empathy,” she continued, calling the post “evil” and saying the three “could have all been friends if they’d played this right.”

The ex-couple married in 2007 and share two children: Ella, 12, and Elsie, 8.
