Angelina Jolie has applied to trademark Atelier Jolie and plans to launch a clothing and jewelry line, the Sun reports.
Angelina has been working on this project for well over a year and she hopes the trademark will be approved so she can move forward in her new venture,” a source told the outlet.
“The trademark covers everything from custom-made jewelry to couture clothing and tailoring. She is a huge advocate for sustainable fashion and this is something the brand will have a major focus on.”
Added the insider, “The plan is still very much in its infancy but the wheels are in motion.”
Page Six Style obtained Jolie’s application, which was filed on May 11, 2022 with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), backing up the Sun’s report.
Indeed, the trademark covers “custom jewelry” and “vintage and couture clothing and fashion accessories,” as well as handbags, footwear and even home items ranging from linens to furniture.
This wouldn’t be Jolie’s first foray into jewelry design. More than a decade ago, she collaborated with Robert Procop, the jeweler behind her magnificent emerald-cut engagement ring from ex Brad Pitt, on a collection dubbed Style of Jolie.
“Angelina has a creative mind and we work well together. She’s very hands-on and very methodical,” Procop told British Vogue in 2012 of the collaboration, proceeds from which benefited Jolie’s charity, the Education Partnership for Children of Conflict.
And style savvy clearly runs in the family; Jolie’s eldest daughter, Zahara, created her own Zahara Collection with Procop in 2019, when she was only 14 years old.
And like her mother’s line, Zahara’s had a charitable component.

The teen donated all proceeds from her pieces to the Los Angeles-based House of Ruth Shelters, a transitional housing center for battered women and children.
Considering the Oscar winner’s record of impeccable red carpet looks — some of which she’s passed down to her kids — we can likely expect to see the whole Jolie brood decked out in her designs in the not-too-distant future.
