The sourdough bap contains sausage, egg, cheese and crispy bacon – with a choice of brown or tomato sauce.

Meanwhile, the burger can be snapped up from 11am for just £2.49 – £2.80 cheaper than you’d typically find it.

It is comprised of a sesame seed bun with a chicken breast fillet, iceberg lettuce and black pepper mayo.

If you want to redeem the tasty offer, make sure you have the McDonald’s Rewards app downloaded.

For every item you buy, you can earn points with the loyalty scheme.

This also applies to customers who visit drive-thrus or order via delivery.

These include the Mighty McMuffin, the McSpicy burger, the Double Quarter Pounder and the McCrispy.

Customers are also able to redeem a regular cold soft drink, Apple Pie or Filet-o-Fish when collecting points on the app too.
