Mrs Hinch’s laundry routine including products she uses for clean and fresh clothes

Mrs Hinch is well-known for her immaculate home, and her fans lap up any product she features or endorses on her social media.

Sophie Hinchliffe is one of the UK's go-to 'clean-fluencers', so her opinion definitely matters, as the mum of two has tried and tested pretty much every product there is.

When it comes to her laundry, the 31 year old has endless tips to share, and we've found all of the best ones she's shared across the years.

The Essex beauty has even crafted her own collaborations with the likes of Bold and Lenor, which went down a storm last year.

Her stunning collection, called Rose Wonderland, featured two products – detergent pods and a fabric conditioner.

Both the Bold Rose Wonderland All-in-1 Pods and Lenor Rose Wonderland Fabric Conditioner launched at Home Bargains, but were only for a limited time.

However, those who missed out still have a change to pick them up at a few discount stores such as Savers or B&M, or online at eBay or Amazon.

The Rose Wonderland scent has been described by the blonde bombshell as a "fresh and crisp scent, infused with cotton blossoms and floral notes with a warm touch of musk".

It's no secret to Mrs Hinch's 4.2million followers that she loves her strong fragrances, so we've broken down her best tips along with some great products which will give you that 'Hinched' feel…

Adding your detergent pods first

The cleaning expert has stressed in the past how important it is to load your laundry the right way.

Sophie has explained that your detergent pods should always go in before your clothes do, and so should all other additional items.

She admitted that she didn't know the reason for this at first, but that it's actually "so obvious".

"You should always put the pod into the empty drum before your clothes or sheets because the machine fills up with water from the bottom, allowing your pod to dissolve properly and not over your clothes!"

Adding scent boosters

The busy mum is a huge fan of scent boosters in her laundry, and frequently uses the Lenor Unstoppables and Scent Boosters.

Sophie loves the Exotic Bloom and Spring Awakening scents, and has previously shown them on her IG stories.

Just like your detergent pods, it's important to add in the scent boosters first, to prevent them dissolving all over your laundry.

She said: "You put the pod in first, then throw in your scent boosters (I can’t get enough of their smell), pour in your fabric conditioner, add your clothes and you’re good to go!"

Colour catchers

To prevent clothes from running, Mrs Hinch loves to use colour-catching sheets.

From Snatch-a-dye to Dylon's original Colour Catchers, Sophie's been pictured picking some of these up during her many Hinch hauls.

One of her favourite brands is Dr Beckmann, who sell the Re-usable Colour Collector Cloth, which works in a similar way but is a multi-use product rather than a single-use sheet.

Brightening products

Whilst colour-catchers are perfect for washing loads of bright colours, there is an alternative for keeping white clothes as bright as possible.

We've all fallen victim to greying laundry at least once, and at times it feels like you can't prevent it, no matter how well you seperate your loads.

However, a few brightening products will do the trick amazingly.

Mrs Hinch has previously advocated for Ace For Whites Laundry Bleach, which is only a pound or two and available both online and in-store at most major retailers.

Dr Beckmann also sells a number of whitening products, such as Glowhite and Glowhite ultra.

Glowhite is a specialist laundry whitener which comes in a packet form and should also be chucked in your laundry prior to the clothes going in.

It restores and retains the whiteness of your fabrics in every single wash, meaning your whites stay bright all year round, and its ULTRA version gives it an extra boost which even works on the greyest shades of white.

Tumble dryer sheets and balls

If you have a tumble dryer, you should take a leaf from Sophie's book and invest in some tumble dryer sheets.

She loves the Lenor ones, and called them "another go-to product for me".

Reason being? "They help protect clothes from creasing and static cling, but also from the loss of freshness from the heat of the dryer, but the other hacks you can use them for make these a must have!"

The mum explained: "Pop one in your gym bag, suitcase or dirty laundry basket to keep everything smelling fresh.

"Add one into the cabinet you keep your towels in and you’ll be in heaven after your shower."

Tumble dryer balls are also incredibly helpful, as they absorb the washing's moisture faster, giving your a crisper wash.

Not over-filling the washing machine

Another simple tip of Sophie's is to ensure you don't over-fill your washing machine.

She explained that "you should leave about the size of your fist at the top", because "that space allows the clothes to move around the drum and the soap to clean your clothes."

The star concluded: "There’s nothing worse than having to re-wash!"
