Sam Faiers, Kelly Brook and Luisa Zissman have all taken to Instagram to unashamedly post a picture of themselves sporting Crocs. But the clogs are a controversial fashion choice.
Love them or hate them, you're definitely going to have an opinion on the plastic footwear that has divided fashion.
Launched in 2002, Crocs are sold in over 90 countries worldwide. The colourful shoe brand has sold over 600 million pairs of shoes, so while you might be in the strongly dislike camp, there are a fair few people who disagree with you.

0+ VOTES SO FAR
Originally dismissed as a fad Crocs have proved they have more than just sticking power, but the company has seen phenomenal growth. With sales of over one billion, putting them in the top ten largest of non athletic shoe brands. And have added a host of styles and customisable features to the classic clog.
But try as they might, Crocs still remain the marmite of fashion.
Back in 2016 they took to the catwalk as they paired up with British fashion designer, Christopher Kane for his Spring Summer 2017 show, for a sell out collaboration that elevated the clogs to Vogue coverage status. And since then the collaborations have kept on coming. From celebrity hook ups with Drew Barrymore to the latest collaboration with British heritage brand Liberty's, Crocs has worked hard on building their fashion credentials; but try as they might to give the oversized shoe a makeover it still remains a controversial shoe of choice.

Made from a closed cell resin called “Croslite” which is made from “Crude oil”, the shoe is extremely light. Which all helps towards the extreme level of comfort Crocs offer their wearer, which is one of their biggest selling points and something that has made them loved by hospital workers and kitchen staff alike as they spend so much time on their feet.
But if you've not hit up the Crocs website in a while, they've come a long way since the original croc logo days.
Sandals, £34.99, Crocs
The brand over the years has developed the range to include sliders and sandals in a bid to expand their market, but still keep the comfort angle that made them so popular in the first place. In fact if you've abstained from their website you'll see they have developed a range of gorgeous fashion forward styles that hold no resemblance to the original style too.

But are they comfortable?
Rivkie Baum, Fashion Director, says: "To be honest I've never worn Crocs before writing this piece, I was gifted a pair that have sat in the box for the last few months but in aid of research I slide my feet into a pair. I hate to admit it but they are extremely comfy but I don't think I'll be wearing them to Fashion Week just yet, but would I wear them to go into the garden? Probably, yes."
