A trans influencer who claims to be a ‘proud catfish’ is showing TikTok beauty fans how they can remove their facial hair in their makeup looks.

Jordyn Lyne, 23, from Doncaster, South Yorkshire, has been compared to Miss Trunchball from the film Matilda without makeup and when posing in unflattering angles.

But when she’s got a glamorous full face of makeup on and her hair done, people call her ‘gorgeous’ and say they can’t believe that it’s the same person.

Jordyn previously said that her 1.8m TikTok followers have even said that her ‘catfish’ transformations should ‘be illegal’ and that the shocking changes gives them trust issues.

And in one of her latest videos, she unashamedly grabs a razor to shave off excess facial hair before perfecting her base makeup.

After the transformation: The video ends with Jordyn adding a deep pink lip gloss, to match the stunning eye look she created just seconds before unveiling the final look

Unlike other TikTok ‘catfishes’, Jordyn is not afraid to show herself shaving on-screen.

In this tutorial, which has amassed just over 985,000 views in days, Jordyn begins by revealing her hairy face in the before frame.

She shows off some imperfections, and undone hair, before she unveils her glam look in the after frame.

Her lids are suddenly transformed into a deep pink cut crease, after which she carefully crafts a winged eyeliner look, complete with a set of false eyelashes.

She then carves some perfect cheekbones on to her newly blank canvas – sculpting any areas of her face with contour, and adding  a trendy hot pink blush.

In a previous interview, Jordyn opened up about building a fan base online.

Speaking in 2022, she said: ‘Exposing myself without makeup on social media can be really scary.

Adding: ‘At the start of the videos, I don’t have my makeup or hair done, and I hadn’t shaved in a few days.

‘And in the next video, I have a full face of glamorous makeup, no facial hair and my hair done.

‘People couldn’t believe what they were seeing and my videos started to blow up.’

‘It can also help normalise facial hair and masculine features for the trans community.

‘Although it can be scary exposing myself without any makeup and without doing my hair, at the end of the day, it doesn’t really matter.

‘Because everyone looks different without their make up on!

‘There would be no point in wearing make up and spending time getting ready if it didn’t make us look any different.

‘Whether I am in full glam or fresh-faced without any makeup, I still feel confident no matter what.

‘Some of the comments really make me laugh. People can’t believe it’s the same person in the before and after videos.

‘I went to college and studied a makeup course, but I mainly taught myself my makeup skills through YouTube.

‘In 2020 I started my TikTok after I came out as transgender and transformed from male to female.

Jordyn thinks that her first layer of make-up is the key to her shocking transformations.

She hails heavy foundation, concealer and contouring as key to a more sculpted face.

Jordyn likes to give her transformation videos an even bigger shock factor by taking videos and photos from a low angle to give herself the biggest double chin she can – she is pictured after a transformation

Jordyn, posing in brown velour, says that her 1.8m TikTok followers have even said that her ‘catfish’ transformations should ‘be illegal’ and that the shocking changes gives them trust issues

She said: ‘I started making the videos for a bit of fun and entertaining. It’s only playing around with makeup at the end of the day.

‘I never imagined that it would blow up in the way it has and enabled me to have a full-time job in social media.

‘I love that I can make myself look so dramatically different by just using make-up.

‘It’s so much fun to play around and see what I can create.

‘I just enjoy the process of doing lots of make up and see what a difference it makes.

‘I love the way I look and feel after doing a full face of makeup and it just makes me laugh that people refused to believe that I am the same person when I have my makeup on’.
