A TWO-BED home has hit the market for a bargain £50,000 – but it comes with a rather unsightly catch.
On paper, the property in Bransholme, Hull, comes with everything you would expect from a semi-detached home.
To be “sold as seen”, the house includes an entrance hallway, which is open-plan to the kitchen diner, plus a lounge.
The first-floor landing, with a built-in storage cupboard, opens onto two rear-facing bedrooms and a bathroom.
A spacious kitchen will give the buyer plenty of room to cook up a storm in a light and airy space.
While a decent sized garden offers lots of outdoor space to take advantage of.
