Former Made in Chelsea star and documentary presenterZara McDermottlooks stunning as she shows off a brand new long-layered haircut in a series of snaps.
London-based stylistJordan Garrettposted the photos of Zara to his Instagram on Thursday, showing off the 26 year old’s beautiful new wavy chop, complete with long, shaggy layers.
The stylist revealed he had made sure her new chop was versatile enough to be worn in plenty of different ways, saying: ”I put Soft, long shaggy layers through the top for optimum volume and movement. This style can be flicked from side to side and worn in any parting”.
Zara looks glowing as she posed for the photos to show off her new cut, with the long layers falling down to her chest, and loose beachy waves showing off the different lengths and textures that have been cut it. In the snaps you can see how easy it is to switch up the style, with Zara wearing it in a flicked over side parting in the first snap, before switching to a middle parting in the final photo.
The style has plenty of texture, and is perfect for an effortlessly glamorous look, thanks to the textures and length. It wasn't just a new cut that Zara had done; she’s also undergone a colour refresh that gives her hair a beachy sunkissed look.
Recently Zara had been rocking a grown out shadow root, with an ashy blonde colour streaked through to the ends. However, her new colour is the perfect golden glow, with honey blonde tones throughout and platinum highlights that have been carefully placed to give a natural sunkissed appearance.
The colour was done byAlexeat theHERSHESONSsalon in London, who has been the colourist behind Zara’s natural looking blonde shade, as well as working his magic on other Made In Chelsea alums like Milly Mackintosh.
There are also perfectly place lighter sections around her face which brighten up her skin and show off the bronzed tan she currently has after spending time on holiday. Zara is currently on a safari holiday with boyfriend Sam Thompson, with the pair sharing some very adorable snaps onInstagramof themselves wildlife watching.
Although Zara posed for a series of photos in her swimwear to show off her new haircut, she’s also been taking plenty of pics looking fresh and makeup free, her new hair tied back in a plait and tucked under a hat as her and Sam braved the sun during their safari.
