A WOMAN has revealed the clever way she reduces her data roaming costs abroad.
Brits heading on holiday will no longer be able to use their phone for free in EU countries since Brexit.
And other countries such as the US already charge holidaymakers to use their internet and make calls.
TikTok traveller Lou told her 76k followers her clever trick to reducing the costs if you have to use your phone on holiday.
She said in a video: "Why is no-one talking about this track hack that literally changes everything? An e-sim.
"You don't need to buy a physical sim card and it's saved me so much.hassle.

"You can buy a data package before even leaving your country.
"Once you get to your destination, you will have internet as soon as you land.
"And the best bit is it will be cheaper than buying a physical sim card with a data package.
She explained that the way to get it is to search for "getcontact e-sim" online.

However, others said it can be more affordable to pay for data roaming via your own provider.
Someone suggested: "Just stay with EE. it's free data abroad or £2 per day depending on tariff."
