A FORMER flight attendant has revealed the seat you should avoid booking on the plane if you don't want to sit next to young kids.
While crying babies are often a given on flights, there are some seats that mean you are more likely to be next to them.
Samantha Pape used to be a flight attendant for British Airways.
She said while the bulkhead seat can be tempting, you are risking being sat next to a baby on the long flight.
Samantha told the Express: "You’re more than likely to be sat next to a baby.
"This is because this seat has a fold down table for cots/bassinets for babies to sleep instead of on someone’s lap for the whole flight."

Flight attendant Rebecca Love, who worked for Virgin Atlantic for eight years, agreed, saying not just the bulkhead but also near the toilets as parents are likely to book those ones.
The bulkhead seats can be tempting as they offer extra legroom without having to pay for it.
A frequent flyer said that booking an exit row is the best place to avoid kids – as young travellers aren't allowed to sit in them.
They said: "If you are able to select your seat, choose one that has an exit row behind it.

"You may lose the ability to recline your seat, but you are guaranteed that there will not be a toddler behind you."
According to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA): "Some passengers may not be permitted to sit in a seat row next to an emergency exit.
"This is because if the emergency exit is needed, it is important the exit can be opened and the aircraft evacuated as quickly as possible."
They list children and infants as the travellers banned from the exit row seats.
Passengers who want to stay away from kids on a flight should book a trip with Japan Airlines, who offer a seat map showing where parents with kids have booked seats.
