CONDE Nast has named a Spanish island as one of the best destinations to go to in 2023.
A network of well-travelled writers and editors have listed the top 23 places they want to visit in Spain and Portugal with a mixture of towns, cities and islands making the cut.
Included in the top 23 are Malaga, Madrid, Majorca and parts of the Azores in Portugal.
But Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands, took the top spot thanks to its warm weather conditions.
Conde Nast contributor, Raque Sanchez, wrote: "In whatever month you visit Tenerife, it is always warm during the day and chilly at night."
Even in February tourists flocking to the island can expect sunshine and temperatures between 20 and 25°C.

Holidaymakers will be pleased to know that Tenerife is home to two water parks.
One is Siam Park, which is one of the best water parks in the world, and the other is Aqualand, which is perfect for families with younger children.
It's also home to Spain's tallest peak, Mount Tiede, which is a dormant volcano and a national park.
There's also plenty of sandy beaches, wine vineyards and charming neighbourhoods like San Cristobal.
