THE UK isn't short of beautiful beaches – but there is one hidden gem that Brits have said is on "another level".
Many may think that Cornwall has the best beaches, with it being one of the most popular holiday destinations in England.
However, Wales also has stunning stretches of sand too, which are likely to have much fewer crowds.
Traeth Llanddwyn, found in Anglesey, has won praise online due to its golden sand beaches and clear waters.
It's a Blue Flag beach, so you can expect it to be clean and well-looked after too, with more than 3.5miles of sand.
While there aren't lifeguards, there are free toilets, as well as BBQ areas, picnic benches and food trucks in the summer.

There is even a tidal island at the end, which is cut off from the mainland during high tide, called Ynys Llanddwyn.
The history of the island is linked to Saint Dwynwen the Welsh Patron Saint of lovers.
The legend dates back to the 5th century and believed Dwynwen a princess and daughter of the Welsh King Brychan, fell in love with a different man to the one she was betrothed to.
She lived unmarried as a recluse at the church on the island until her death in 465AD, where you can still visit the ruins.
