Supermodel Irina Shayk tapped hairstylist Harry Josh and makeup artist Tatyana Makarova as her glam team for her first-ever BAZAAR.com digital cover and profile. In this video from the day of the shoot, Shayk lets us in on a few of her closely-guarded beauty secrets.

Shayk made headlines in January when she debuted a blunt angular bob on Instagram. Though it looked like she hit the Golden Globes red carpet with a fresh new haircut, the look is actually by way of a 1990s Christy Turlington-inspired wig. “We love her. She is a goddess and style icon. She always has her hair on point,” Shayk says. “Harry Josh is obsessed with the short hair so that was his idea.”
Makarova, who specializes in sheer and natural makeup, first met Shayk backstage at runway shows in Europe. The two have been working together ever since (they were chatting in Russian throughout the shoot). Shayk is currently the face of Marc Jacobs Beauty.
Though the supermodel is known for having gorgeous and full eyebrows, that wasn’t always the case. “I have an older sister. She loves to experiment. She decided to pluck my eyebrows because she couldn’t decide if she wanted thin or thick eyebrows on herself so she decided to try this on her younger sister,” Shayk spilled while in the glam chair. “I had super0thin eyebrows for a while and I definitely prefer big natural eyebrows.
