Andy Dick is pleading innocent.
The 53-year-old comedian pled not guilty on Friday (October 4) to one count of misdemeanor sexual battery following an incident in 2018 in which he allegedly groped an Uber driver in West Hollywood, Calif.
The driver alleges that Andy reached and grabbed the driver’s genitals during an Uber ride.
If convicted, he could face up to 180 days in county jail. His next court date will be on November 4, and is a pretrial hearing, according to the LA Times.
