Ben Affleck was back to reality after his idyllic second fairytale wedding with long-time love Jennifer Lopez, as he and his kids got straight on a plane at a private airport shortly after the ceremony.
The sleepy-looking actor, 50, cut a casual post-wedding bliss figure in jeans and a navy blue T-shirt as he could be seen with his son, Samuel Garner Affleck, 11, and his daughters, Violet, 16, and Seraphina Affleck, 13, who he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Ben and Jennifer, known lovingly as Bennifer, legally tied the knot in Las Vegas in July, two decades after they got engaged for the first time.
Following the intimate affair, they went all out for the second round for a stunning ceremony at their 87-acre and $8.9million (£7.3million) Georgia estate this weekend.
The pair’s kids were in attendance to see their parents get hitched, including Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel, and Jennifer’s twins Emme and Max, 14, who she shares with ex Marc Anthony.
Singer, actress, and dancer Jennifer, 53, wore a white couture Ralph Lauren gown with a trailing veil and train as she walked down the aisle on a white carpet.
Ben donned a black and white tuxedo and was all smiles as he shared a kiss with his bride.
The day boasted a star-studded guest list, including Ben’s close friend Matt Damon, and Jay and Silent Bob actors Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes.
According to DailyMail.com, also expected at the wedding were George Clooney, Jane Fonda, Renee Zellweger, and Jimmy Kimmel and it’s thought that the couple requested guests wear white for the stunning ceremony.
Following the ceremony, the wedding party went on to celebrate at the Oyster House at the estate.
The couple’s whirlwind romance began dating in July 2002 before they got engaged in November the same year.
However, they eventually postponed their wedding which had been scheduled for September 2003, and split in January 2004.
More than 17 years after their split, Ben and Jen got back together in spring 2021 and married in Vegas last month.
