The former Countdown star beamed as she posed for a couple of selfies in a skintight white workout set consisting of a cutout sports bra and leggings.
Carol smiled at the camera as she put her incredibly flat stomach on display, with her dumbbells and yoga mat visible in the background of her impromptu photos.
