“Selling Sunset” realtor extraordinaire Chrishell Stause is ready to show Jennifer Lopez around a whole new block, and we’re just wondering if she’ll get a call back. The “Let’s Get Loud” singer is rumored to be moving to Los Angeles for a “fresh start” with notorious ex-flame Ben Affleck, just a month after her break-up with baseball star Alex Rodriguez (via E! News). Lopez and Affleck were first spotted vacationing together in Montana in early May, followed up by documented dates in both Los Angeles and Miami (via People). Shocking everyone after a four-year-long relationship and engagement to Rodriguez, the singer is looking forward to “pursuing things with Ben.” Now that the once-again couple is getting serious fast, L.A. realtor and reality star Stause has some possible advice for Lopez.
As an inside source explained to E! News, J.Lo “is packing up her Miami rental” and taking her twins Max and Emme, 13, with her. Already “looking at [L.A.] schools for her kids in the fall,” Lopez still plans on dividing time between L.A. and the Hamptons this summer. Still, she is “excited” about continuing to connect with Affleck and will soon be getting comfortable in the City of Angels with the “Argo” actor. As per Page Six, Chrishell Stause is taking advantage of the “On the Floor” singer’s imminent move, in true “Selling Sunset” fashion. Taking to an E! News post on Instagram, Stause’s surprising comment got a shocking 11,455 likes and more than a hundred comments, sending social media into a tizzy. The L.A. maven wrote, “Jenny call me if you need a realtor ???♀️.” We can’t stop wondering if Lopez will take her up on the offer!
While Jennifer Lopez hasn’t replied to Stause’s comment as yet, we know that the move to L.A. is a serious one –- and shows that her relationship with Affleck is getting real. As a close source told Us Magazine, Affleck and Lopez are “very much in love,” and their recent dates have “sealed the deal” on their second chance. The unnamed source explained, “Friends say they can see them staying together forever this time around. They are soulmates and always have been.” Whew! While the “Jenny From the Block” star was engaged to Alex Rodriguez for a painfully slow two years, this new relationship with Affleck is moving quick –- and we’re here for it.
