Christine and Paddy McGuiness announced their split last year, after 11 years of marriage. Four months after their announcement the Real Housewives of Cheshire star, 34, was seen sharing a kiss with her pal Chelcee Grimes.
Former footballer turned songwriter Chelcee, 30, and Christine became close friends after starring alongside one another inITV show The Games, and soon after jetted off on a girl's holiday to Croatia in June.
Sharing several snaps to her Instagram at the time, Christine wrote: "I followed my heart and it led me to Croatia. "Memories for life, I’m feeling very lucky, so blessed. I’ve laughed sooo much, relaxed and switched off like never before!"
The pair were then later seen sharing a kiss as they attended Winter Wonderland in December, although neither have yet confirmed they are in a romantic relationship.
Speaking to The Sun's Fabulous magazine remained rather tight-lipped as she discussed her friendship with Chelcee, telling the publication that Chelcee’s been "great".
"We have such a laugh together and obviously she’s based up north too, but I love catching up with everyone from The Games whenever I can," she added.
"They all have a big place in my heart, because it really did change my life."
The interview also saw Christine reveal that she's open to the idea of starting to date again this year, following her rather high-profile split from her TV presenter ex-husband.
Christine revealed that she had initially struggled with the split, but found that she had recently turned a corner and in October 2022 said that she was now “buzzing for life.”
The model – who shares twins Penelope and Leo, nine, and six-year-old Felicity with the ex-husband Paddy – wrote on her Instagram story, “I feel so inspired – all my worries and anxieties about life have just really calmed down and I’m made up. I’m buzzing for life; I feel so happy.”
She then posted an inspirational quote from Mary J Blige’s 2022 Billboard Awards speech, saying, “For so long I was searching for a real love and I have finally found my real love – and that real love is me.”
Speaking to OK! a source close to Christine revealed that she is finally finding her feet again.
"Christine has had some much-needed downtime with her kids during half-term, where she’s been focusing on her work and some special projects, which she’ll announce soon" the insider told us.
"She’s more in demand than ever and that’s really boosted her confidence.”
