Strictly Come Dancing 2019 contestant David James, 49, dances with professional dancer Nadiya Bychkova, 30, on the BBC show.
In the first two weeks of the show, the dancing duo found themselves in the dreaded dance-off but were saved by the judges on both occasions.
Since then, the pair have been saved by public and are currently gearing up to perform again this evening.
Earlier this week, the former goalkeeper discussed his progress on the show with podcast hosts Joe Sugg and Kim Winston.
A lot of the guys have had massages and physio but I’m kind of avoiding all that

He told them: “We are working in such a way where I am pushing my boundaries, where I was kind of frightened of it, in a sense a couple of weeks ago.
“Now I’m looking forward to the next day because I know there’s a chance at going a little bit further (sic).”
Addressing the pain that comes with the intense rehearsals, he added: “Muscle ache is… put it this way, waking up in the morning is one of the most difficult things to do, you just want to lay in bed for an extra hour or five, I think you know the feeling.”
Joe, who got to the final last year, then asked: “Are you on the salt baths yet?”
“What’s a bath?” David jokingly replied. “I don’t do baths, I don’t do massages. I’m a shower man.
“A lot of the guys have had massages and physio but I’m kind of avoiding all that, I’m just enjoying it.
“If it hurts, it means I’m doing something good.”
Joe, who danced with his now-girlfriend Dianne Buswell on the show last year, told David he will soon change his mind about avoiding any help.
“Wait until week seven or eight, that’s when you’ll change your mind, you’t want a massage every time,” he added.
Tonight, David and Nadiya will perform a Jive to Michael Buble’s hit Such A Night.
Earlier this week, Strictly: It Takes Two star and pro dancer Ian Waite shared his thoughts on David’s upcoming performance.
Ian and host Zoe Ball had a glimpse of David and Nadiya practising tonight’s routine in rehearsals.
The dancer began by saying the Jive is “never easy for the leggiest of folk”.
He added of the contestant’s hands: “It’s his hands… every time he puts his hand out, it’s like he’s trying to catch a ball.
“He needs to put the palms toward the floor every time he puts his hands out.”
Strictly Come Dancing continues tonight at 6.40pm on BBC One.
