Just a day before Dancing On Ice's live launch, Denise Van Outen was rushed to hospital after a terrifying fall, which left her with a dislocated shoulder and tendon damage.

The mum-of-one, who previously hosted a lockdown disco party for her skating partner Matt Evers, took to Instagram to share the aftermath of the nasty fall.

In one snap, the 46 year old can be seen holding up some ice onto the side of her head, while a paramedic checks her over.

While in another, the actress puts down her thumb and looks visibly upset after the accident.
