Denise Welch, 63, has been a regular panellist over the years on Loose Women, first making an appearance on the show in 2005. The television personality has today hit out at a social media user on Twitter who “can’t stand” the ITV programme.
Don’t watch it then.

Denise is a regular on the panel, along with Jane Moore, Nadia Sawalha and Coleen Nolan to name a few.
Twitter user Lori_sutton criticised the daily magazine offering, blasting: “I’ve no idea why #LooseWomen is so popular.
“I can’t stand it.”
In view of her 490,400 Twitter followers, Denise replied: “Don’t watch it then.
“Simples.”(sic)
After her message she posted several thumbs up emojis, to reiterate her blunt response.
Shocked by Denise’s reply, Lori wrote: “I normally don’t – I’m off work ill and the channel flicked onto it!
“BTW I think you’re fab as Miss Trish in Hollyoaks.”(sic)
Jxs606 replied: “BUSTED!”
Other fans of Loose Women took the comments to defend the daytime show, making sure Denise knew the show was worth a watch.

Not only does Denise have a successful career on Loose Women but the TV personality has made a name for herself as an actress.
Her most recent role includes playing Trish Minniver in Hollyoaks since 2021.
Denise is currently married to PR manager Lincoln Townley, with the couple marrying in 2013 in Portugal.
