Denise Welch shows incredible effect alcohol had on her face

Denise Welch has celebrated being 11 years sober today (Tuesday, April 18) by sharing a transformation picture with her social media followers branding it her ‘greatest achievement’.

In the past Denise has been very open about how alcohol “ruined” her life for 15 years prior to her going sober.

The Loose Women star has now shared a side-by-side snap of herself before and after she had her last-ever alcoholic drink, and the difference is incredible.

Denise credited her loving husband Lincoln for helping her reach the 11-year milestone, The Mirror reports.

“11 yrs sober today!!” she wrote alongside the snap. “My greatest achievement apart from Matty and Louis.

“Thank you to my husband @LincolnTownley for everything [red love heart emoji]”
