Showing off her flawless figure, supermodel Elle Macpherson has certainly proved she's still "The Body."
Elle, 58, posed up a storm in a short clip posted to her Instagram page, where she sported a skimpy black bikini and a cropped grey jumper.
Keeping her style beach ready, she paired this outfit with a pair of oversized sunglasses, and left her hair loose and relaxed.
Posting the clip to he page, Elle opened up about mindfulness and mediation in the caption, writing: "When comes to mindfulness… I take care of my mind, body and spirit every day with breath practice and meditation.
"My daily practice includes meditating in the morning for around 25 minutes – either guided, or in silence. I try to live my life in a perpetual flow of meditative connection rather than just at specified times."
Fans were quick to shower Elle with compliments, with one calling her an "ageless beauty" while another wrote: "You should be so proud beautiful body ! Beautiful mind!"
A third added: "Still fabulous, she is a product of all she believes in , health nutrition exercise and meditation."
Known for both her flawless body and fabulous hair Elle recently revealed her five great hair commandments, making it easier than ever to get her look.
Writing on her WelleCo website the model-turned-health guru shared a number of tips that are way more simple and affordable than you might think.
One big tip she shared is to keep your hair protected from harmful UV rays, which can damage the outer layer of the hair cuticles, resulting in discolouration for those with coloured hair, dry and brittle strands, and split end.
To avoid this, Elle says: "I wear a big cowboy hat to protect my hair, and my face, from the sun whenever I'm at the beach."
She also recommends not washing your hair every day and only sparingly using heat products. To dry her hair Elle twists her tresses into a top knot, allowing her har to dry natural, and gives it natural wave in the morning
In the 1980s and 90s Elle was one of the biggest icons within the modelling world, joining the likes of Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer and Naomi Campbell.
