Emmerdale’s Kelvin Fletcher snapped with son Milo ahead of welcoming twins with wife Liz

Kelvin Fletcher got in some quality time with his sweet son Milo ahead of the arrival of his twins with his wife, Liz Marsland.

The former Emmerdale star and his other half, who also share daughter Marnie, five, as well as two year old Milo, announced back in January that they are expecting twins in the late spring or early summer.

And the 38 year old was seen with little Milo in hand as they headed out in the rain to run some errands on Wednesday.

The Ex-Strictly Come Dancing star was dressed for the grim and rainy weather in a warm, head to toe all-black ensemble while he made his way to the car with the young tot in hand.

Kelvin and Liz announced their pregnancy with some gorgeous family farming photos on their respective Instagram accounts back in December 2021.

In his post, Kelvin said: "Team Fletcher is about to get bigger. Can't tell you how happy we all are. We feel extremely grateful and can't wait to meet the new addition to our family. Thank you for all your kind messages. We are gonna need another pair of wellies."

The post on Liz's Instagram read: "There's a little baby bump under that coat! What an amazing way to end 2021!! We couldn't be happier".

In January, they revealed to BBC Breakfast hosts Sally Nugent and Dan Walker that they were expecting twins.

Kelvin said: "So we're having twins. It was an absolute eye-opener. So come May, we'll be delivering lambs for the first time. I'm not going to be delivering babies as such, but it is going to be a really busy time!"

He was speaking in reference to his BBC One TV series, Kelvin's Big Farming Adventure.

Given that the actor played farmer Andy Sugden in Emmerdale for 20 years – since the tender age of 12 – it seems that he caught the farming bug, and wanted to try it out for himself.

The family moved from Fletcher's hometown of Oldham to a 120-acre 18th Century farm in the Peak District.

Admittedly novices when it comes to the world of farming, the TV series follows the family as they get to grips with the trade, their surroundings, and the community.
