Georgia Harrison reveals hair transformation as she swaps blonde locks for lengthy dark brunette waves

The former Love Island star Georgia Harrison has ditched the blonde locks for stunning brunette waves in a video posted to TikTok on Saturday.

The 26-year-old created her own transformation video on the back of the popular "Girl Don’t Do It" trend.

Seen sitting in the salon chair, the online influencer mimes along to the clip in a neon orange bandeau top with matching tracksuit bottoms as her hairdresser toys with her hair.

Her hairdresser starts the video by miming along to the popular soundtrack: “Girl don’t do it, it’s not worth it". To which Georgia replies: “I’m not gonna do it girl I was just thinking about it, I’m not gonna do it.”

The video then cuts to her hair transformation as she turns to the camera and shakes her long curly brunette locks, announcing: “I did it!”

The social media star first shared her new do on Instagram after she uploaded another TikTok video the day before as she sang along to Ariana Grande’s hit song Break Up With Your Girlfriend.

She wrote over the video: “Blondes this is your sign to go dark trust me” alongside the caption: “Best decision I ever made thank you for my hair transformation #blondetobrunette #hairtransformation.”

It comes after Georgia shared a post to her 1.1 million Instagram followers on Friday in her underwear drinking a bottle filled with electrolyte water which caused an influx of complaints.

Former TOWIE star Maria Fowler commented on the now-deleted post, saying: “Sorry, you seem like a lovely girl but this is so irresponsible for your young following.

“Eating disorders are rife and social media only adds to that pressure.

“I know you probably don’t realise this as I’m sure you wouldn’t have done it intentionally.”

Georgia responded to the reality star, writing: “To be fair I didn’t even read all of the comments but she should know better than to be trolling after all the stuff she’s had to put up with in the media. It’s not my style …”

She then goes on to share a lengthy post to her Instagram stories explaining that she wrote 5kg instead of lbs but couldn’t change the post until her plane landed.

The Love Island star later removed the post and wrote: “Took down my last post because people are just such keyboard warriors that it gave me anxiety.”
