Gogglebox first hit our screens in 2013 and has since seen many of the cast within the show become household names. But how much do the series’ regulars earn off-screen via Instagram?
How much do the Gogglebox stars earn on Instagram?
According to new research by EST1897, Jenny and Lee are estimated to be the top earners on the platform due to their follower count.
The best friend duo joined the show in 2014 and have since become Googlebox favourites having been a part of many memorable moments within the series.
Although initially Lee didn’t want to join the show but Jenny ended up persuading him to give it a chance.

Talking to The Hull Daily Mail, Lee said: “To be honest and I didn’t want to do it.
“I’d say it took her about an hour and a half to talk me into it – about as long as it took me to get me out of bed.”
After six years on the show, they have amassed 233,000 followers on Instagram on their joint account.
This following means the pair could earn approximately £1,000 per post on the social media platform.
The research also suggests the fan favourites could potentially earn up to £48,000 a year from Instagram alone.
The second highest-earning pair are brother and sister duo Sophie and Pete.
Unlike Lee and Jenny, Sophie and Pete have only been on the show for two years after they made their debut in 2018.
Combined, the siblings have more than 330,000 followers on Instagram with Sophie having the most out of the pair with 181,000.

Alone Sophie can charge around £780 per post with Pete not far behind with the potential earnings as £650.
Combined Sophie and Pete could earn up to £68,000 a year.
Sister duo Elle and Izzi complete the top three highest-earning Gogglebox pair.
Ellie and Izzi joined the show five years ago as they appeared on the series for the first time in 2015.
Both Ellie and Izzi have a similar following, and could potentially earn more than £20,000 per year on the social media platform.
Ellie is estimated to earn £22,000 and Izzi £23,000 per year.
Gogglebox will air tonight on Channel 4 at 9pm
