Helen, 39, presented the rugby league on Channel 4 on Saturday alongside her co-host Adam Hills.
The Countryfile presenter shared the news of the split from the Leeds Rhinos player in a statement on her Instagram page last year.
It was later revealed that Richie, 31, was now dating his pregnant girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill, 32.
