Season three of Stranger Things was filled to the brim with stan-worthy relationships. Of course, there’s the OG, Mileven, but also Max and Lucas, Suzie and Dustin, AND Nancy and Jonathan. But that’s just onscreen. Once the camera stops rolling, the stars of the Netflix hit have their own IRL romances, and some of them are even more exciting than the onscreen ones. Here’s a look at all of your fave Stranger Things stars and what’s going on in their love lives.
Millie Bobby Brown
After breaking up with singer Jacob Sartorius last year, Millie was linked to David and Victoria Beckham’s son, Romeo as recently as March. The relationship was never confirmed, but their social media correspondence speaks for itself. On Romeo’s birthday in September, Millie posted a sweet message on her Instagram story.
More recently, Romeo showed off his love for Millie on one of her gorgeous Instagram photos by commenting a heart.
Since then, it’s been pretty quiet from both parties, so it’s unclear if they’re still a couple/if they ever dated in the first place, but I’m holding out hope that this teen romance is real.
Finn Wolfhard
Finn has made it very clear on multiple occasions that he is single. Back in 2016 he tweeted, “I do not have a girlfriend! I’m only a baby boy!”
He later corrected himself, joking that he is actually dating Pennywise the clown from the movie It, which Finn starred in.
Gaten Matarazzo
Gaten has been dating his girlfriend Lizzy Yu for over a year now and the two looked absolutely adorable when they headed to junior prom together in May.
Gaten told Us Weekly last year that his family loves his girlfriend. “My brother and my sister get along with her great,” he said. He also revealed that their go-to date involves playing pool at his house, which is so adorable.
Lizzy apparently won over Gaten’s Stranger Things family as well. Earlier this year Millie welcomed Lizzy to the family on her Instagram story, letting Gaten know that she approves of his girlfriend.
Caleb McLaughlin
While Lucas is in one of the cutest relationships on the show, the actor who plays him, Caleb, is most likely single. He has never shown any evidence of being in a relationship, though, of course he could just be keeping things very quiet.
Noah Schnapp
While it was never confirmed, there were rumors back in 2017 that Noah was dating Millie, though the two were most likely just very good friends. Around that same time, the actor told Raw that he is single, though he did reveal that he would maybe date a fan.
Sadie Sink
Like many of her costars, Sadie Sink is also single, though she does have an adorable real life BFF relationship with Millie Bobby Brown.
Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton
In classic Riverdale fashion, not only do Natalia and Charlie make up the adorable onscreen couple of Nancy and Jonathan, but they are also dating IRL! It’s unclear how long the two have been together since they kept things really quiet at first, but it seems like they’ve been dating for almost three years! The couple confirmed their relationship back in December 2017 at the Fashion Awards in London, but some evidence shows they’ve been together since September of 2016.
Even now that their relationship is confirmed, they are still pretty private when it comes to talking about it. Though Natalia did recently talk to Refinery 29 about what it’s like to work with her boyfriend.
“It’s an interesting thing to work with somebody who you go home with,” she said. “It’s always really fun. We’re really comfortable with each other, so we can play and feel more free, and we can talk about it before.”
Natalia also revealed why the couple is so secretive when it comes to discussing their romance. “That’s something important to me — with my family, with my friends, I really like to keep it for me,”she said.
Joe Keery
I’m sorry to say that, unfortunately, Joe is off the market. He has been dating his girlfriend, actress Maika Monroe, for over two years, ever since the two met on the set of the movie After Everything. Joe even brought his GF to the season three premiere of Stranger Things.
Dacre Montgomery
The bad news just keeps coming because Dacre is also in a committed relationship, with model Liv Pollock who is from the actor’s hometown of Perth, Australia. The two met over social media a few years ago, but Liv recently relocated to the US to be closer to Dacre, according to the Daily Mail, so it seems like things have gotten pretty serious as of late.
Maya Hawke
When it comes to the older kids on the Stranger Things cast, it seems like none of them are single. Newcomer Maya seems to also be in a serious relationship with Gus Wenner, the president and COO of Wenner Media, which he took over from his father Jann Wenner, who founding Rolling Stone. The two seem to be completely in love and often show off their romance on social media.
