The sneak peek features Indiana Massara‘s Paige and Chris Carpenter‘s Troy meeting for the first time at a company party his mom is throwing at their home.
In Hero Mode, with her indie video game business on the brink of bankruptcy, Kate (Mira Sorvino) throws a Hail Mary and puts Troy (Carpenter), her teenage coding genius son, in charge of creating a video game to save the company. It’s a dream come true for Troy, but quite the opposite for the company’s disgruntled coders and their rival CEO.
The new film also stars Sean Astin, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Kimia Behpoornia, Creed Bratton, Jim O’Heir, Erik Griffin, Phillip Solomon, Monte Markham, Bobby Lee, and Al Madrigal.
