Oh, and she’s a mother of three. Her oldest daughter, Blue Ivy, is seven-years-old, often stealing the spotlight with her sass and adorable outfits.
In fact, fans first caught a glimpse of Blue Ivy’s voice during Beyoncé’s song “Blue” on her self-titled album. Since then, Beyoncé snuck glimpses of Blue into her music videos, finally featuring her on her newest album, The Lion King: The Gift.

Beyoncé premiered “Brown Skin Girl” on Spotify on July 19, 2019. Within a few days, it earned over 4 million plays on the music streaming platform. On YouTube, Beyoncé’s video for “Brown Skin Girl” recieved over 2 million views. The song’s popularity is even recognized on music charts, jumping to the No. 15 spot on the United States iTunes music chart.

Fans of Beyoncé raced to social media, commending the artist and her daughter. Some Twitter users made jokes about the young superstar and her appearance fee. One fan tweeted, “Blue Ivy charges $10 million for an appearance in a video. When asked to comment on why her price is so high she replied, ‘it’s not high for billionaires.’”
“It’s been rumored that Beyoncé had to pay Blue Ivy a reported number of $2 million per scene she appeared in for the “Spirit” music video,” another Twitter user joked. Jokes aside, most fans supported Blue Ivy and her singing on “Brown Skin Girls.” Some fans called the song empowering and uplifting.
