Jeremy Clarkson gives insight into 'busy night' on the farm

Jeremy Clarkson, 61, has expressed his health concerns, worrying that he may need major operations to help him live his life. The star candidly spoke about his health woes, and his fears that he may not be able to accomplish certain things due to his aches and pains holding him back.

The farmer opened up about his worries in his latest column.
Jeremy discussed his age, claiming he only has a small amount of time left, and detailed the reasons why he can’t do everything anymore.
He said: “My knees give me no confidence when I’m coming down a flight of stairs.
“My back locks solid if I attempt to walk up a hill.
“My lungs feel as if they’re on fire if I even look at a bicycle, and when I go for a swim it feels as though I have a small car on my back.”
Jeremy does not believe this will get better either.
He said: “And things aren’t going to get any better, because soon there will be lumps and gristle and hip operations that will force me to spend what time I have left in a rocking chair, trying to finish an interesting story in the Reader’s Digest about azaleas.”
Despite his concerns, Jeremy revealed he is not slowing down with work yet, as he has always wanted to write fiction.
However, he’s worried this may not be an option for him anymore.
He added in his column for The Sunday Times: “But what’s the point of starting one now?
“I’ll only get arthritis halfway through and be unable to type.
“And then, when I’m sent on the promotional tour, I’ll stand there like Joe Biden running all my words into one and forgetting everyone’s name.”
Near the end of his column, Jeremy discussed the restaurant he is opening on his Diddly Squat Farm.
He believes he has all the ingredients, but doesn’t know how to put it all together.
Jeremy joked: “So is there anyone old out there who knows how to run such an establishment?”
The former Top Gear host’s lungs have not been in the best condition since he nearly died from pneumonia in 2017.
Jeremy was admitted to hospital in Majorca after falling ill while on a family holiday.
The star gave up smoking after this, having previously smoked up to 40 cigarettes a day.
Since his show Clarkson’s Farm aired, Diddly Squat has become a popular tourist destination.
The residents of the quaint village haven’t been best pleased with the impact it has had on their daily life, with Jeremy recently holding a meeting with locals to solve the issues.
