The 40-year-old actress officially filed for divorce from her husband Andrew Form last week and new photos just surfaced of her with her rumored new boyfriend.
Jordana was spotted kissing a new guy on the beach in Malibu on Saturday (July 11) and they packed on the PDA during their day together.
Daily Mail has the photos and they reported the man is investment CEO Mason Morfit, who is the President and Chief Investment Officer of ValueAct Capital. He was previously on the board of directors of Microsoft.
Jordana‘s split from Andrew was revealed back in June. A source said at the time that the couple had “quietly separated.”
