Kanye West has allegedly told his wife Kim Kardashian that he will unveil their family secrets and "show the world the truth" if she tries to stage an intervention.

The 43 year old rapper, who suffers from bipolar disorder, is said to have told his Keeping Up With The Kardashians star wife that he'll even live stream any attempt of her trying to "lock him up" after he claimed she's been trying to get him hospitalised.

An insider explained that the Stronger hitmaker, who recently said he stopped his 39 year old other half from aborting their daughter North, is "extremely paranoid" and believes his wife and mother-in-law Kris Jenner are both "out to get him".

According to The Sun, a source said: "Kanye is very unwell and everyone’s very worried for him. He’s acting extremely paranoid and seems convinced Kim and Kris Jenner are ‘out to get him’.

"He’s told her that if the Kardashian family try and stage an intervention he’ll live stream it on Twitter and ‘show the world the truth’."

Kanye, who is running for US President, also said he would reveal secrets about the family's unpublicised feuds, celebrity relationships and more.

The source continued: "He’s warned Kim that he knows the family ‘secrets’ and will put them all out there. There’s a lot that isn’t on the reality show – feuds, secret celebrity hook ups, surgery, financial deals and rows within the family.

"But Kim’s only concern at this stage is getting Kanye help and protecting their children. She’s very worried."

In a now-deleted Twitter rant, Kanye had told his 30.4million followers that he's been "trying to get divorced" from Kim since she met with fellow rapper Meek Mills at the Waldorf hotel – seemingly referring to the time they met to speak at the inaugural Criminal Justice Reform Summit in November 2018.

Kim has since admitted she's "powerless" amid her husband's "painful" battle with bipolar disorder.

In a lengthy post shared on her Instagram Stories, she wrote: "As many of you know, Kanye has bipolar disorder. Anyone who has this or has a loved one in their life who does, knows how complicated and painful it is to understand."

The mother-of-four continued: "Those that understand mental illness or even compulsive behaviour know that the family is powerless unless the member is a minor.

"People who are unaware or far removed from this experience can be judgemental and not understand that the individual themselves have to engage in the process of getting help no matter how hard family and friends try.

"I understand Kanye is subject to criticism because he is a public figure and his actions at times can cause strong opinions and emotions.

"He is a brilliant but complicated person who on top of the pressures of being an artist and a black man, who experiences the painful loss of his mother and has to deal with the pressure and isolation that is heightened by his bi-polar disorder."

"Living with bi-polar disorder does not diminish or invalidate his dreams and his creative ideas, no matter how big or unobtainable they may feel to some. That is part of his genius and as we have all witnessed, many of his dreams have come true."

She concluded by asking fans to give them compassion and empathy while they try to get through the rough patch.
