Kate Middleton has revealed she's hidden copies of her new photo book Hold Still around the UK for the public to find in a treasure hunt.
The 39 year old took to her Instagram account to post a clip and several photos of herself wearing a gorgeous red dress as she places the book in a park.
In the caption, she told her 12.8million followers: "Let the search begin!
"We’ve joined @bookfairies_uk for the day to share copies of Hold Still around the UK with you."
She went on to explain that she's hidden a letter in each book as she said: "Each copy is adorned with a gold book fairy sticker, gold ribbon, and has a letter from The Duchess tucked inside.
"To make this activity even more special, book fairies, the Hold Still judges and participants of the final 100 images are leaving copies at places that gave them hope during the lockdown.
"This special book documenting the unique collection of photographs goes on sale today in UK bookshops and online. #hsbookfairies #HoldStill2020 #ibelieveinbookfairies".
Kate, who is a Royal patron of the National Portrait Gallery, teased the release of Hold Still on 6 May with a short video sharing a peek inside, showing photos of NHS nurses in full blue scrubs, Captain Sir Tom Moore, rainbows drawn on pavements thanking the NHS, people hugging and more.
The snaps were taken during a six-week period during May and June and focused on three main themes – Helpers and Heroes, Your New Normal and Acts of Kindness.
Many of her followers were quick to praise the initiative as one person commented: "I can't wait!!! I'm so proud of Catherine," followed by a red heart emoji.

"What a beautiful project Kate, we are so proud that our duchess is going to release a book which profits will go to charities [red heart emoji] Always working for others and not for her own interest," a second said, alongside a clapping hands emoji.
While a third added: "Such a lovely initiative!"
Kate isn't the only one to come out with her own publication though as her sister-in-law Meghan Markle, 39, has penned a children's book.
Meghan’s book features adorable water colour illustrations by award-winning artist Christian Robinson.
Speaking of the literature Meghan, who may have got royal protocol over Archie's title wrong, said: “The Bench started as a poem I wrote for my husband on Father's Day, the month after Archie was born. That poem became this story.
“Christian layered in beautiful and ethereal watercolour illustrations that capture the warmth, joy and comfort of the relationship between fathers and sons from all walks of life."
