Seemingly eager to relocate to Manhattan’s West Village, the ‘Girls’ creator sells the pad she originally bought for $2.9 million at the reduced price of $2.65 million.
AceShowbiz -Actress Lena Dunham has taken a $275,000 (£220,000) hit on the sale of her Brooklyn, New York apartment.
The “Girls” star and creator originally purchased the loft-style condominium for $2.9 million (£2.3 million) early last year (2018), but after deciding to relocate to Manhattan’s West Village, she placed the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom Williamsburg pad back on the market for $3 million (£2.4 million) in late 2018.
At the time, it failed to attract any buyers and was briefly removed from sale, before reappearing on listings in April at the reduced price of $2.65 million (£2.1 million).
Now Dunham has decided to cut her losses and offload the property at a loss, accepting just under asking price for her former home, reports Variety.
