Lisa Vanderpump & Ken Todd Accused of Not Paying Employees in Class Action Lawsuit

Lisa Vanderpump and husband Ken are being sued for allegedly not paying wages.

Former employee Adam Pierce Antoine filed a class action lawsuit in December on behalf of himself and other former employees, People reported on Tuesday (January 7).

Lisa and Ken, who own SUR, Villa Blanca, Tom Tom, and Pump in West Hollywood, are accused of violating California labor laws for at least four years.

The suit claims they failed to “pay wages, including overtime wages,” and were not properly compensated for working overtime. They are also accused of “manipulating or editing time records to show lesser hours than actually worked.”

He was reportedly not provided meals or rest breaks during his workday, either. He also alleges that employees were not paid for the time they worked after being fired. In all, he claims he “suffered damages in an amount subject to proof” and is owed over $25,000.

The couple has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
