Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson have only been dating for literally 32 days now, but what is time but a social construct?! Regardless of whether you think Miley and Cody and their coordinating Halloween costumes are doing way too much way too fast, they’ve just taken the next step in their whirlwind relationship.
This weekend, Miley’s baby brother Braison got married! Congrats to that man and best wishes to Stella McBride! Before you start panicking and thinking that this inspired Miley and Cody to elope, please know they didn’t. What did happen, though, is Miley took Cody as her plus-one. And as anyone who has ever begged for a plus-one knows, those things don’t get handed out to just anyone, so she and Cody must be getting really serious.
To celebrate the momentous occasion, Miley posted some pictures on her Instagram, and wrote, “My baby brother got married on the most stunning sunny Tennessee day standing on top of the same hills where we grew up playin….I love you Braison. So happy for you & Stella ❤️.”
Miley also shared a video of her and a shirtless Cody dancing in the living room and one of her performing some choreography with Noah Cyrus and her mom, Tish Cyrus.
This all comes after Miley and Cody dressed up as Billy Idol and Perri Lister, made out for all of Instagram to see, and sang to the rock icon’s “White Wedding” hit.
What an eventful week in the Cyrus household! And for Billy Idol, too, who never could’ve predicted the day someone named Cody Simpson would impersonate him.
