New dad Prince Harry continues to make devastatingly handsome public appearances, which includes taking to the stage at concerts.
On June 11, 2019, Harry attended the Sentebale Audi Concert at Hampton Court Palace in London. The Duke of Sussex founded the Sentebale charity with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho in 2006. The charity provides support for children and young people in Lesotho, Botswana, and Malawi, particularly those affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
Supporting the charity at the live event, Prince Harry took to the stage to give a speech to the audience of around 3,000 people. According to Vanity Fair, Harry reportedly deadpanned, “I’m not going to take up much of your time.” He continued, “I know you are here to see Rita Ora, not me.”
Apparently, a heckler from the audience was quick to respond to Harry by shouting, “We are here to see you!” Which is totally understandable, tbh.
Per Vanity Fair, Prince Seeiso of Lesotho also took to the stage to sing Prince Harry’s praises. He said, “It’s not just the orphans and vulnerable children of southern Africa or Lesotho that he has a passion for.” The royal continued, “I’ve seen him do all these other initiatives because I think it is driven from a place that is deep-rooted. He wants to make a difference.”
Other celebrities in attendance included Rita Ora, Gemma Arterton, Rosamund Pike.
