The post said: “I b****y love this pic.
“I’m working hard on my health at the moment.
“No quick fixes……just sustainable graft.”
The presenter wrote the caption alongside a stunning black and white picture of herself.
In the image, she can be seen posing with her hand on her head, looking away from the camera.
Steph showed off her slim figure in the snap in smart skintight trousers, featuring a large belt that nipped her in at the waist.
The presenter paired the trousers with a fitted V-Neck black top.
Steph added vibrance to the outfit, with a pair of leopard print heels.
The presenter added: Healthy eating on weekdays (focussing on good gut health), regular exercise etc.
“I’ve dropped a dress size (from 14 to 12).
“So it’s not a dramatic weight loss, but I don’t really want it to be otherwise I won’t be able to maintain it.
“AND it’s dead boring at times, but overall it’s making me feel fab physically and mentally.”
Steph added that this was not a paid promotion, she just wanted to let her followers know that she was finally feeling happy in her skin.
Fans and friends alike were quick to comment how amazing Steph looked.
Strictly Come Dancing star John Whaite said: “You’re looking so wonderful and you’re working b****y hard for it.
“Proud of you.”
A fan commented: “Well done Steph, you looked fab before but if it makes you feel more confident in your self then kudos to you xx” (sic)
Another said: “Inspirational & motivational!
“Looking incredible.”
Steph used to present BBC Breakfast before leaving in 2019, and now has her own show Steph’s Packed Lunch, which she hosts on weekdays on Channel 4.
