The CW Officially Orders ‘Walker’ & ‘Supernatural’ Prequels to Series!

It’s official – the Walker and Supernatural prequels have been ordered to series by The CW!

The network just revealed the big news that both Walker: Independence and The Winchesters have been picked up and will debut during the 2022-2023 season, THR reports.

In addition, the new DC series Gotham Knights has also been picked up to series!

Walker: Independence takes place in the late 1800s and follows Abby Walker, who crosses paths with Hoyt Rollins. Katherine McNamara, Matt Barr, Philemon Chambers, Greg Hovanessian, Lawrence Kao and Justin Johnson Cortez all star.

The Winchesters will star Meg Donnelly and Drake Rodger as Mary and John Winchester, the parents to Jared Padalecki and Jensen AcklesSupernatural characters. The series is told as “Dean narrates his parent’s love story, detailing how they put it all on the line to not only save their relationship, but the entire world.”

In Gotham Knights, in the aftermath of Bruce Wayne’s murder, with his rebellious adopted son forging an unlikely alliance with the children of Batman’s enemies when they are all framed for killing the Caped Crusader.

As the city’s most wanted criminals, this renegade band of misfits must fight to clear their names. But in a Gotham with no Dark Knight to protect it, the city descends into the most dangerous it’s ever been. However, hope comes from the most unexpected of places as this team of mismatched fugitives will become its next generation of saviors known as the Gotham Knights.

Rahart Adams, Misha Collins, Navia Robinson, Olivia Rose Keegan and Oscar Morgan will star.
