Tom Fletcher couldn’t hide his delight as wife Giovanna was crowned the winner of I’m A Celebrity, screaming ‘yes! She did it!’
The proud McFly frontman posted a video on Instagram stories, as he watched her win the show live. With eldest son Buzz on his lap, the pair waited with bated breath as Ant and Dec announced Gi as the first ever Queen of the Castle.
Delighted Buzz, six, then yelped, “Mummy won!”
Speaking at the live finale, Giovanna said she had loved her time in the famous castle, admitting she’d made friends for life with many of her campmates.
She said: “My experience has been absolutely magical and l’ve loved every second.”
“The best bit has been the people. We’ve made friendships and memories for life. I’ve loved it. I was so lucky to be there.”
The mummy blogger said she had found preparing the majority of the meals to be a difficult task.
She continued: “I was camp chef in there, there was pressure to feed them!
“Everyone is looking and watching and they’re hungry, and these strange things keep coming into camp that we’d have to cook.

“There was a lot of pressure. There was one night when all eyes were on it, everyone wanted to eat and get to sleep. But once everyone knew they had to back off, it made things easier.
“The ingredients are challenging. We looked at the scroll every night trying to figure out what was in it.”
Giovanna beat runner up Jordan North, after a whopping 12milion votes were cast by the public in just 24 hours.
The Radio 1 DJ said, “I couldn’t have lost to anyone better than Gi. SHe totally deserved it"
Vernon Kaye finished in third place.
The former Family Fortunes host said, “I’m over the moon, because it’s been an awesome camp. And that’s the best word to describe what we’ve been through over the last few weeks.Awesome.”
