“I’m sure you’ve seen people hyping up Olaplex all over TikTok.

“I personally use it but it is very expensive.

“I am a bleach blonde so I definitely need some for my hair, but now Revolution have a whole dupe set.

“Here they all are, they’re called Bond Plex.

“I personally swear by the Olaplex number three and this is their dupe – number six Plex.

“They smell literally the exact same.

“I’m going to use this all on my hair for a week, stay tuned and I’m going to give a review of the Olaplex dupe.”

In a follow-up video, the woman revealed the results after using the products for a week and for the price, she was impressed.

She added: “If you didn’t already know, Revolution came out with a huge Plex collection which is supposed to be an Olaplex dupe.

“Before I get any comments I do know that some of the Olaplex ingredients are patented which means that no other brands can use some of the ingredients but on the whole these are supposed to be repairing damaged hair, especially for people who have bleach or heat damage like myself.

“So I’ve used it for a week and here’s my honest review.

“Starting positive, I did like the shampoo and conditioner the most, it’s purpley-tone so it helps get rid of all of the yellowy tones in your hair so as a bleach blonde that really helped.

“On the whole I didn’t really notice anything else but I think it’s a lot cheaper and I would keep it in my hair care routine.

“The treatment (number four), I didn’t really feel any difference in my hair so I probably wouldn’t recommend.

“The styling cream I actually really liked using, will I replace it with my Olaplex number three? Probably not but I think for the price difference, these are great for keeping your hair nice and restored.

“On the whole, I think they’re a great dupe for people who can’t afford Olaplex but want to look after their hair a bit more.”
