I caught my boyfriend cheating – he thought he'd wiped the evidence but I figured it out in a clever way | The Sun

A LIFESTYLE influencer has revealed the clever method she used to uncover her ex-boyfriend's cheating.

Even worse, she made the discovery during the holidays spending time with him and his his family.

The content creator (@wild_milk) shared the story in a video with her TikTok followers.

She explained that while in the car, her boyfriend's phone was connected to the aux and he had handed her his phone.

While she had his phone to change the song, he received a text from a girl: "What are you doing tonight?" it asked.

"This was not my first rodeo, fool me once, shame on you, fool me three hundred more times, that's on me, my cheating radar went off," she said.

She explained that the next day, when her boyfriend went off to shower, he left his phone in the room with her.

The influencer, however, was not thrown off the trail by the move: "I'm a seasoned vet," she joked.

After scrolling through his phone again, she noticed that the text thread was deleted except for the one text she saw yesterday.

"He made the absolutely crucial mistake of also leaving his Apple Watch — if you don't know, messages deleted off the phone are not automatically deleted on the Apple Watch," she revealed.
