A DEDICATED gym-goer has been accused of using muscle-enhancing drugs to achieve her remarkable physique.

She said she achieved her gains the old-fashioned way — a rigorous fitness plan as well as a disciplined diet.


Kat Merchant is a digital content creator and rugby word champion.

She took to TikTok to expose and address the haters who accuse her of using drugs to achieve her level of fitness.

Merchant addressed the critics and their unfounded commentary on her hard-earned physique.

The TikTok contained a popular audio where a female narrator can be heard saying "red flag."

Merchant listed the red flags she hears from trolls on a regular bases.

"Accusing someone of being on 'roids," she wrote.

"Trolling strong women," she added.

She posed a question for naysayers: "Someone feeling insecure?"

"I train hard without 'roids," she shared. "Sorry you can't handle that."

Merchant confirmed that her results are not a product of an unfair advantage, but rather the fruits of hard work.

"If someone thought I was on roids I would take it as a compliment," one wrote.

"There’s a huge difference when people use roids," another added. "I love people that are not educated and just throw that word out because [they're] not [disciplined]."
